“Fan Favorite” Homemade Dressing

Summer means salads and every bed of crisp greens deserves a dressing that’s just as fresh! This “fan favorite” uses real food ingredients that combine to create a slightly sweet and tangy flavor that’s sure to please! Enjoy it tossed with almost any greens and salad toppers—from berries to peppers to goat cheese and more! 

4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp organic apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered with “the mother”)
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper

  1. In a small jar with a lid, combine all ingredients and shake. 
  2. Pour over salad, toss to coat and enjoy!
